Sensory Dimensions at Food Matters Live 2019
Its that time of year again - Food Matters Live 2019 will be taking place at the Excel, London on November 19th-20th. We are very excited to be attending this unique cross-sector two day event bringing together professionals from the food and drink industry, nutrition and health.
This year the event will delve into the complexities surrounding innovation and address the challenges of how the food and drink industry are trying to stay ahead of consumer trends. Sustainability, alternative proteins as well as Health and Wellness are very much the focus over the two days.

Understanding the profile of the UK health-conscious consumer - During this discussion the focus will be on understanding the consumer and what drives their choices.
Understanding the changing attitudes of health and wellness-seeking consumers - Consumers are seeking alternative and modern approaches for healthy lifestyles and their wellness needs - what is 'wellness' and how do we measure it?
