11th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium
Sensory Dimensions recently attended the 11th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium, held at the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre.
It was a very busy week, with lots going on. We started off the week with a poster presentation on explicit and implicit testing, which you can read about on our blog: Implicit Measures for Consumer Research.
We had an oral presentation, 'Are sorting methods suitable for real projects? A comparison of three methods', which was a great success and led to some interesting discussions.
Throughout the week we also had several activities running at our exhibition stand, including a prize draw to win an Apple watch, and a product quiz, where delegates had to match the body lotion to the correct sensory profile.
We would like to say congratulations to both Hanne Winter, from Arla Foods, who won the Apple watch, and Zihan Qin, who will receive a copy of Sensory Evaluation: A Practical Handbook for winning the product quiz.
We are currently preparing a summary of the highlights from the conference, so if you are interested in hearing more, please let us know and we would be happy to share our insights.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand; it was great to catch up with so many friends and colleagues.
