Last month the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) released the latest guidance relating to substantiating claims on consumer goods. ISO 20784:2021 provides classification of the different types of sensory claims for food and non-food products and how to validate on-pack claims through robust scrutiny and testing.

At Sensory dimensions we help many clients to substantiate claims, either on-pack, or in advertising and promotions.
