Food and Beverage
At both Reading and Nottingham we have food and beverage evaluation suites for Sensory and Consumer Research Projects.
Our Reading food and beverage suite offers 36 individual sensory assessment booths whilst in Nottingham we have 41 across two suites. This means that we can seat large numbers of consumers at any one time and turn around your fieldwork fast! All suites have high rates of air exchange to prevent odours building up.
The testing suites are served from spacious, high specification preparation areas and sample storage in large ambient stores, walk in chillers and freezers.
Fieldwork is supported by our dedicated in -house recruitment teams always ensuring that the right consumers participate in your research.
