Sustainability is part of our core values at SAM Sensory and Consumer Research. Working alongside our client, L’Oreal, SAM explored consumer attitudes towards reusable packaging for in-home testing.
Utilising returnable packaging for product distribution, consumers were able to easily return all packaging to SAM for reconditioning and redistribution. Consumer feedback revealed that an incredible 100% were in favour of this sustainable process!
