Some of the most commonly asked questions about becoming a volunteer are answered below.

How do I sign up?

Please complete our consumer sign up form. All data is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

 

Where will I need to go to take part in a study?

Our studies are conducted either at home (Home-Use and online studies) or held onsite at either of our facilities in Reading or Nottingham.  

You will not be required to visit one of our sites for postal and online studies.

Product Testing 

When will I get onto my first study?

For online or home-use studies, how will products be sent to me?

I am not getting any invitations for studies, why is this?

I have been emailed for a last minute study, why is this?

Why is there a delay with my study?

Problems booking onto a study?

Why can't I get onto a study I am interested in?

Home-Use tests & Online studies

 I haven't received my product.

Can I take my product on holiday with me to test?
