Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2010. Responsible for steering the Sensory Dimensions ship through tranquil and rougher seas. Loves the variety of clients and projects that the business deals with and its unique community of colleagues.
Outside of work Tracey can be occasionally found in her running shoes, on a yoga mat, playing with her grandson, or with her head in a book!
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2015. Simon is responsible for leading the sensory and consumer research activities within Sensory Dimensions, working closely with clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work Simon enjoys watching live sport and music, and can often be found in the garden.

Outside of work, Sairah enjoys being active, whilst juggling life with her two children and dog.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2019. Responsible for delivering high quality consumer data through leadership of the Fieldwork and Consumer Recruitment Teams.
Outside of work, Nicola loves to annoy her two children by singing and dancing around the house and enjoys losing herself at the theatre, usually shedding a tear or two!
Jane heads the Sensory and Consumer Team to deliver full service research across food and home and personal care.
Jane has an addiction to tea and in her spare time, loves to bake. She often spends evenings playing board games or stealing cuddles from her nieces and nephews, be they human or canine!
Andrew’s role at Sensory Dimensions is to advise and support the Board and employees in all things commercial, including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Development and Innovation.
Outside of work Andrew enjoys family time with his wife and three children. He also tries to keep fit by cycling as well as watching plenty of sport with his family and friends.
Pam founded Sensory Dimensions in 1989. In her current role much of Pam’s time is spent listening to clients' business needs then devising first class research programs to give them clear direction on developing and maintaining winning brands.
Pam’s main hobby is dancing – Ballet, Tap, Ballroom, Latin and Old Time. In the summer she loves going to festivals, particularly Glastonbury, Latitude and Edinburgh.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2014. Responsible for liaising with clients and managing research from set-up through to reporting. Enjoys getting involved in exploring less “standard” methodologies including implicit tests and emotional responses.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys dancing, (including ballet) and going on walks and reading. Lauren also loves food and describes her ideal evening as one of good food and the company of friends and family.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2013 and is responsible for managing larger client accounts and delivering complex consumer research projects across a a range of product caregories.
Outside of work Catriona enjoys cooking, gardening, walking and scuba diving, with any remaining time spent visiting family and friends around the UK.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2019 after completing a masters in Cognitive Neuropsychology in Edinburgh. Rebecca is sensory panel leader for our in-context hair panel and manages consumer research projects both in home and personal care sector and food and beverage. Rebecca is also completing a postgraduate qualification in Sensory Science.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys walking her dog in the Derbyshire countryside or by the sea, and loves spending time with family and friend,s and good food.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2016. Responsible for planning and executing a variety of consumer and sensory projects for clients, from commission through to completion. Loves working with such a friendly team on so many different projects; no two are the same.
Outside of work Danielle can be either found out running/walking with her two dogs, out for a meal with friends or curled up on the sofa with her daughter, a movie and a large bag of popcorn!
Ruth’s is a Spectrum Panel Leader, managing our Spectrum panel. She also manages the Sensory Dimensions Quality System.
Outside of work she is kept very busy with her two sons and loves to spend time with them outdoors going for walks and bike rides in the countryside.
Katja is our statisics and technical guru. Outside of work she loves exploring the British outdoors, whether on her bike, in walking shoes, or sittingin a hot tub.She has discovered a love of gardening as well as spending time with her pet rabbits and hamsters.
Emma has been at SD since 2012 and manages 85 personal care testing panellists and their schedules. Emma loves overseeing her panels and getting to know each one of her 85 panellists.
Outside of work Emma enjoys walks in the countryside and at the coast with her best friend and her daughter, husband and dog.
Gemma joined in 2021 and is responsible the for managing and delivering Sensory Dimensions’ qualitative research and the continuous development of our qualitative business.
Gemma is the co-founder and Music Director for the Reading Community Gospel Choir, which she steered to win Reading’s ‘Lets Sing Choir Competition’ and BBC’s ‘Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year’. Check Gemma and the choir out on YouTube.
Originally a sensory panellist, Sarah works in the Fieldwork Team.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, swimming, and socialising. She loves a good movie and going shopping to look for a great bargain.
A trained Chef, Ed works in our Fieldwork team.
In his spare time Ed plays golf and softball, enjoys graphic design, and hangs out with his dog Oscar.
Ikra is a Senior Technician in the fieldwork team.
When not at SD, Ikra runs a small bakery business creating deliciousness from cakes to personalised treat boxes. She likes to explore unknown holiday destinations, as well as watching trashy reality TV shows.
Manages our male shave sensory panel, runs consumer research projects, analyses and reports data.
Anna keeps active by going for long walks and the occasional run. She enjoy trying new foods and experimenting with different recipes, relaxing with a good box set, and spending time with her pet rabbit, Oreo.
Amanda came to Sensory Dimensions in 2014 and supports sensory and consumer projects across food and personal care. Her expertise is managing the logistics of fragrance and softness assessment of laundry care products .
When she is not working, Amanda takes time to look after her parents and spends time walking with her daughter and dog Treacle.
Joined Sensory Dimensions as a sensory panellist in 2008 transitioning to a membe of the field work team in 2010.
Outside of work, Gail enjoys crafts, growing fruit and vegetables, and visiting her children and grandchildren.
Wayne is responsible for ensuring our IT runs effectively across all our sites. His key role is finding and implementing effective solutions within the network. As the Facilities Manager, he deals with contractors, service visits, and Health and Safety in Reading.
Wayne likes to spend his time away from work going to the pub, gardening, or riding his motorbike.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2018. Supports the Finance Manager to ensure we are legal, compliant and that everyone gets paid!
Outside of work Jurate enjoys being active and exploring new places around the UK. She is always full of new ideas and plans. She loves life and is passionate about having a healthy lifestyle.
Denys runs Reception at our Reading Hub. She spends her time welcoming visitors, managing calls, organising client refreshments, arranging post and deliveries, purchasing stock and conducting vital fire and safety checks.
Denys is a netball coach and spends time travelling around the South with her teams. She also loves a spot of retail therapy!
Dorothy was a Sensory panellist becoming Nottingham receptionist in 2016. As well as being the focal point of contact for Nottingham, Dorothy manages visitors, post, deliveries and orders.
Outside of work Dorothy enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, sewing, and travelling to different Parkruns on a Saturday morning.
Responsible for maintaining our Nottingham facility.
Away from work, Charlotte makes memories with her daughter - everyday is an adventure! Charlotte is also keen amateur photographer and doesn’t leave the house without her trusted camera.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2019. Has responsibility for supporting company marketing activities, social media, website and training events.
Jennie enjoys cooking and loves to try out new recipes. She is also a keen netballer and enjoys long walks exploring the countryside with her family.
Joined Sensory Dimensions in 2018. Responsible for the recruitment of consumers for projects, consumer enquiries, ensuring that fieldwork is adequately staffed, training of the field team, and supporting Project Managers.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, walking her dog and seeing friends. She can often be found reading a good book and enjoying the results of her cooking and baking.
Kirsten is a Technician in the Home & Personal Care team. A typical day sees her preparing samples, preparing and running fieldwork and wrioting reports.
Away from the office, spends time watching both her children play football and socialising with her friends and family.
Emma’s role is to assist with the recruitment of consumers for studies to to meet quotas ensuring that fieldwork runs smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling, running, and reading. She is also studying an for an MA in Creative Writing.
Jo manages and delivers one of our key client accounts. She has just finished her PhD in Brewing and Sensory Science.
Katie is a placement student from The University of Reading. She helps with involved with sensory panels and consumer research and supports the team in many different and varied ways.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys cooking, baking, singing and flute and piano. She also loves travel and exploring new places.
As a Panel Leader Lorna's role involves the set up and running of panels and studies. She also helps the team of technicians maintain the facility and with stock control.
Louisa's role involves setting up and delivering sensory studies.
Louisa spends time having fun with her children. She also enjoys socialising with her partner and friends but her favourite summer activity is pottering around the garden with her chickens.
Oliver’s main responsibility is to work with our Reading Sensory panel to deliver high quality sensory data for clients.
His main passion is archery in which he aspires for international and Olympic success. When not working or training, Oliver enjoys exploring different food cultures and is an avid film and TV buff.
Marie graduated with an MSci in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Nottingham. She works primarily in the food and beverage department in Nottingham to assist the planning and execution of our research studies. Outside of work she loves listening to all sorts of music and traveling the world to experience different cultures and practise new languages.
Faye works within the Home & Personal Care team. Her day involves writing panel reports, invoicing, preparing samples, setting up study paperwork and running fieldwork.
Outside of work Faye enjoys spending time with friends, exercising her horses and walking her dogs, as well as getting hooked on new series.
Danielle supports some of our key FMCG clients providing research insights that meet their needs. Her role includes setting up projects, writing discussion and interview guides, moderating and interviewing consumers and managing on-line research environments.
