We are a fast growing Sensory and Consumer Research agency. Our Finance Administrator will support the Finance Manager and be a key point of contact for our suppliers, many of our clients and our panellists and consumers.
This is a full time position with flexible working hours. The role is based in Reading but the job-holder will be required to work at our Nottingham office approximately 6 days per year. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices; maintenance of the cash book and petty cash accounts; reconciliations and general book-keeping; preparation and processing of staff expenses; reconciliation of supplier statements; collation of timesheets from casual staff and calculating pay owed; maintenance of files and systems within the accounts office and ad hoc support to the Finance Manager, and the business as required.
MUST be AAT qualified or hold three or more years RELEVANT accounting experience.
SAGE 50 knowledge is desirable and applicants should be highly proficient in MS Excel and Word.
