Welcome to Gemma Cudjoe - Qualitative Research Director
Sensory Dimensions is excited to announce that Gemma Cudjoe has joined the agency to lead its Qualitative practice.
Gemma joins from Mars-Wrigley where she worked for over 20 years as a Qualitative research expert, focusing on sensory, product and packaging research solutions. She has delivered a wide range of multinational projects from the fuzzy front end of innovation, to prototype optimisation and understanding product performance after launch.
Gemma has a passion for digging for insights, understanding consumer behaviour and identifying the ‘key product indicators and job to be done’. Gemma has also been a sensory scientist and product developer so has a deep understanding of how qualitative and quantitative research can be combined to achieve commercial outcomes. Her stakeholder relationship building and storytelling skills enable her to present insights and actions in a dynamic way. She also has experience in training and leading a team of qualitative moderators within R&D and collaborating with multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve fast results.
Prior to Mars-Wrigley, Gemma worked for SC Johnson, Marrion Merrel Dow pharmaceuticals and The Environment Agency. She holds a BSc in Food Technology from Reading University and holds qualifications in sensory science from Nottingham University.
Gemma's track record at Mars-Wrigley and Qualitative expertise is a perfect fit for our clients who will gain a huge amount of knowledge and success from working with Gemma and her Qualitative team. Gemma will help us to take our Qualitative and Qual’-Quant’ client offer onto a whole new level.
