Sensory Dimensions was presenting live at the Food Innovation Asia Conference (FIAC) 2021 this week (17th June, 2021). The event was held virtually, hosted in Bangkok, with the 2021 theme “Food Innovation and Sustainability through Bio-Circular-Green Economy”.
Jane Randall, Programme Manager, discussed 'Product Assessment During the Pandemic', examining some of the challenges sensory and consumer research have faced during the pandemic and how to overcome them, the approaches taken to product testing (including logistics) and understanding the impact on the data quality.
