Impact on Consumer Research at Sensory Dimensions
Due to the recent information provided about the newly identified strain of Coronavirus and its enhanced transmission, plus the high level of infection rate, we have decided to stop all on-site sensory panel testing for the next few weeks but continue to offer online and remote testing solutions for consumer research, sensory panels and qualitative focus groups.
As far as possible studies will be re-scheduled or transferred to in-home assessment. Clients should expect to be contacted by their Project Manager to discuss alternative approaches.
These are difficult decisions to make but our over-arching responsibility remains the protection of everyone who works for Sensory Dimensions.
Our objective is always to deliver the best possible service to support the research activities of our clients and business partners. We continue to adapt in accordance with latest government guidelines and will provide further updates as this situation changes.
We remain available to help you with your sensory, product and packaging research requirements and to discuss your future research needs.
Get in touch to discuss how our remote solutions can assist you.
