Sensory Dimensions recently attended Eurosense 2016, held at the Palais des Congrés: Exhibition & Convention Centre, Dijon, France.
We were very excited to be asked to do a presentation, as part of the ESN workshop on digital tools: 'Utlizing digital technology to collect consumer data in real time: the shower experience'. If you missed our talk you can view the slides on our resources page.
We had several activities running at our exhibition stand, including a business card prize draw to win a Fitbit and an alcohol taste challenge, which was very popular!
We would like to say congratulations to both Julie Guerard-Bourget (pictured left with Pam Beyts) from Danone, who won the Fitbit, and Evelyne Canterranne from FlavorActiv, who will receive a copy of Sensory Evaluation: A Practical Handbook for winning the alcohol taste test.
We have put together a presentation summary discussing the highlights of the conference. If you are interested in hearing more, we would be delighted to arrange a meeting to share our insights.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand; it was great to catch up with so many friends and colleagues.
