Clients Privacy Policy

As a contact within one of the client organizations who we work for, we hold your personal data on the legal basis of us being able to fulfil our contract with your organization, and we hold your data so that we can successfully manage the work which we undertake.

The information we hold is your name, email address, and phone number(s), your business address, and project related information such as meeting notes, outcomes etc. Your data will be held for a period of 6 years from the end of the financial year, in which our last project activity was invoiced to your organisation.
