We are currently recruiting a new Programme Manager to lead a team of six Sensory and Consumer Researchers. Your team would be responsible for planning and executing research projects in the food and beverage sector with a diverse range of objectives.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellence and are committed to making a difference for our clients; strong technical capability and experience of applying sensory and consumer methodologies in a commercial or research environment are essential to this role.
You will provide consultancy and support for clients, defining research solutions that are aligned to their business needs and that will deliver the right results. You will need to be flexible and able to accommodate the often last minute demands of clients; exceptional organisational and time management along with a logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail are essential skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team and will be passionate about people development and training. You will support your team in managing projects ensuring that they meet time, budget and quality standards. You will be responsible for their training and development.
Applicants should have a science-based degree or equivalent and a minimum of four year’s experience in Sensory and Consumer or Market Research. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and data interpretation to maximise consumer insight is essential.
